IP Office SIP application notes
by DougR on Jul.02, 2008, under Avaya, Best Practices, IP Office
Avaya IP Office 4.1+ has enabled SIP trunking. Every SIP provider is a little different. The Avaya Interoperability Labs has tested several providers and written Application Notes for these providers. The list is by no means an endorsement, but can be a valuable resource. The next best resource for setting up SIP trunking is System Monitor with the SIP filters enabled. These filters give detailed information on the SIP communication and can help determine the source of most any problem. Links to the known Application notes after the jump.
