Upgrade failure due to password/permissions

If you try to upgrade an IPO unit and get the following error message after you put in the password

Then the system password for the unsecured interface is incorrect. If the default password which is ‘password’ has been changed and you don’t know it then you need to use the DTE command AT-SECURITYRESETALL.
