This post will explain how to convert a QE 46xx phone from p2p to H323. In order to obtain the conversion tool you will need a SSO log-in. If you have an SSO log-in go to partner.avaya.com
Quick Edition Find Back-Up Extension for Phones

Finding the back-up extensions for QE phones can be a very useful tool if you are having issues with Voicemail. As you know each users QE phone has (2) phones that back it up for VM Messages. The following procedure will help you dtermine what extension are being used as back-up extensions for each user.
From a command line you will need to:
Telnet to the IP address of one of the phones

At one of the phones on the network press OPTIONS
Select 1 for Options
Select 2 for System Options
At the bottom of the TUI screen you will see a blank soft key between “Bksp” and “Done”
