In IP Office 3.2 Avaya releases a tip for a direct to Voicemail short code that makes direct voicemail calls about as easy as they come. For a 4 digit extension simply #xxxx | #N | Voicemail Collect | 0 . Then to get the mail box simply dial # followed by the extension number. The code worked great until the 4.1(15) manager and the 4.2 beta code was released.
