IP DECT Phone USB Drivers

The IP DECT phones require the installation of a USB driver in order to update the 3711 Phone firmware.  The drivers are not included with the IP DECT firmware, and must be downloaded seperately.

IP DECT phone comes up as please wait….

If the phones comes up as please wait, Login to IP DECT mobility manager Go to IP DECT Base stations, on the left click on the wrench on the very left.

On the new window pop-up

1. Check the DECT Settings.

2. DECT Cluster is set to 1.

and reboot the phone, it should come up.
