IP Office to MultiVoIP

This post explaines how to setup an IP trunk between an IP Office unit and a MultiTech MultiVoIP unit. For this post we are using 38xx on the IP Office and 39xx on the MultiVoIP unit as extension ranges. This works with IP Office units 4.x and MultiVoIP firmware v9.0.6D3.
